Looking for a fun and profitable way to raise money for your school, team, club or non-profit? Partner with us to sell delicious, locally made kettle corn that everyone will love! Our tasty kettle corn is gluten-free and nut-free, making it an excellent choice for school and community fundraisers. We also have dairy-free and vegan options available. We use only premium mushroom popcorn kernels that pop into large, round, fluffy pieces that stay fresh and crispy much longer.

How a KGW kettle corn fundraiser WorkS
1. Reserve Your Spot
Contact us with questions to confirm your place in our fundraising calendar.
2. Choose Your Pricing
Each bag has a base cost of $4.50. You set your selling price and keep the profit! We recommend selling between $7.00 and $8.00 per bag, earning 55–80% profit for your group.
3. Get Your Materials
We’ll email you an order form and promotional materials to share with participants.
4. Promote and Collect Orders
Spread the word, take orders and collect payment.
5. Submit Your Totals
When your fundraiser ends, tally your orders and send us one form with the totals for each flavour. We’ll send you an invoice and confirm payment.
6. Freshly Popped & Delivered
Once we receive payment, we’ll start popping your order fresh. Your popcorn will be packaged in cases of 20 bags and delivered to one location at no extra charge.
Additional Details
We need 2–3 weeks lead time to prepare your order. Larger orders may require additional time. Every bag is freshly popped and stamped with a best-before date. An invoice will be sent upon order confirmation.
